This study has been conducted in order to identify whether there is the co-movements between Male Female employment ratio and Salary compensations agricultural sector of Pakistan. To analyze possible co-movement Pakistan, time series data for yearly period 1990 2020 agriculture are taken from publically available source i.e. website World Bank. The result indicated that a long term relationship exists
